1: Boryeong Mud Festival - South Korea:

It is an annual festival which takes place during the summer in Boryeong. The mud used for festival is considered rich in minerals. Due to its enrichment with mineral it is also used to manufacture cosmetics. If you get bored of the mud slides, mud prison, mud pools, and mud skiing, you can enjoy live music, acupuncture, and the festival's culminating fireworks display.

2: Running of the Bulls - Pamplona, Spain:

Festival practice involves running in front of small groups of bulls. Multiple rockets are fired to give signal to runners. A first rocket is set off at 8 a.m. to alert the runners that the corral gate is open. A second rocket signals that all six bulls have been released. The third and fourth rockets are signals that all of the herd has entered the bullring and its corral respectively, marking the end of the event. Every year 2 to 3 hundred people are injured in the festival however, injuries are minor not serious.

3: Holi:

Holi also known for festival of colors is the religious festival of Hindus and is celebrated each year. It is primarily observed in India, Nepal and some other regions of the world including Europe and north America.This festival starts with Holika bonfire (Holika Pooja) on night before Holi. The next morning is free for all carnival of colors, where everyone plays, chases and colors each other with dry powder and colored water, with some carrying water guns and colored water-filled balloons for their water fight.


4. La Tomatina – Spain:

La Tomatina is a tomato fight festival held on the last Wednesday of August each year in the town of Bunol near to Valencia in Spain. Participants throw tomatoes at each other and ride down those tomato-streaked slides having the time of their lives. Thousands of people make their way from all corners of the world to fight in this 'World's Biggest Food Fight' where more than one hundred metric tons of over-ripe tomatoes are thrown in the streets.

5: Battle of the Oranges - Ivrea, Italy:

In the ancient town of Ivrea, Italy celebrate its freedom during carnival by throwing 500000 kilograms of oranges at opposite groups. These groups consists of some thousands of townspeople, divided into nine combat teams, who throw oranges at each other. It is the largest food fight in Italy.
